This Privacy Policy explains how Launchbox (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our coworking services or visit launchboxpk.com (the “Service”).
What we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the workspace and respond to enquiries.
- Contact information you give us: name, email, phone number, company (where applicable). Collected via the booking form, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
- Membership records: plan type, billing dates, attendance during your active term.
- Website analytics: anonymous traffic data (page views, referrer, approximate location) via standard analytics tools. No personally identifying information is captured here.
- Cookies: small files used to remember your preferences and measure site performance. You can disable them in your browser.
We do not collect financial details (cards, bank info) on the website. Payments are made directly via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and book visits.
- To manage your membership, send invoices and payment reminders.
- To occasionally share important Launchbox updates (operational changes, new amenities). You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
- To improve the workspace and the website based on aggregate, anonymous trends.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your information is stored
Member records are kept on secure cloud services and accessed only by Launchbox staff. We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the membership and meet legal obligations.
