Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Launchbox coworking services and the Launchbox website at launchboxpk.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

“Launchbox”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Launchbox coworking, located at First Floor, 38-A CCA, Sector C, DHA Phase 5, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. Contact us at contact@launchboxpk.com or +92 307 0555515.

2. Membership and access

  • Membership plans (Day Pass, Flexible Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Cabin) are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel by notifying us via email or WhatsApp before the next billing cycle.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Continued use after non-payment may result in suspended access.
  • Day Pass access is valid for the calendar day on which it is purchased.

3. House rules

  • Treat the space, equipment, and other members with respect.
  • Use meeting rooms for their booked slot only — do not leave them occupied past your reserved time.
  • Personal storage is provided only with Dedicated Desk and Private Cabin plans. Items left at flexible desks overnight may be removed.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • Day Pass payments are non-refundable once the day has begun.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled effective from the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of the current month are at our discretion.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, without refund.

5. Liability

  • Launchbox provides workspace, internet, power, and amenities on a best-effort basis. While we maintain backup power and redundant internet, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime of any utility.
  • You are responsible for the security of your personal property at all times. Launchbox is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to belongings.
  • Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the membership fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Intellectual property

The Launchbox name, logo, website content, and brand are owned by Launchbox. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
