Launchbox is a coworking space in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, home to private cabins, dedicated desks and day passes for startups, agencies and remote teams. We’re growing, and this is our first dedicated people hire. You won’t be inheriting an HR department; you’ll be building one.
What you’ll do
Build the team
Hire our first sales and marketing team, then keep hiring as we grow. Write JDs, source (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, universities), run the pipeline, offers, contracts and onboarding.
Build and protect the culture
We run on three pillars: speed, transparency and ownership. Turn them into everyday habits and make sure every new person lives them from day one.
Write it down
A team handbook, onboarding and clear ways of working, so the business never depends on one person’s memory.
People operations
Performance reviews scored on our pillars, a short weekly team review, and employee records, contracts, leave and attendance in order.
Who we’re looking for
3+ years in HR or recruitment
Ideally at an agency, startup or tech company.
A track record of hiring sales or marketing people
You can show who you hired and why it worked.
Strong written English
You’ll write handbooks, job descriptions and policies.
A builder
Comfortable starting from scratch, without a playbook. You reply fast, flag problems early and own results.
Nice to have
Setting up HR at a small company, Pakistani labour law and payroll, Google Workspace, Notion, an ATS or AI tools.
