HR Manager: Culture & Hiring
Our first dedicated people hire: build the team, starting with sales and marketing, and build the culture.
How we work
Three pillars
Everyone at Launchbox is hired and reviewed on the same three things.
Speed
Reply fast, decide fast, ship fast. Members notice when things get done the same day.
Transparency
Flag problems early and say what you see. No surprises for the team or for members.
Ownership
Own the result, not just the task. If it’s yours, it’s yours end to end.
Don’t see your role?
